Keilot is an impact company specializing in solutions for disconnected areas. Deriving from the UN’s SDG’s (Sustainable Development Goals) we focus on three areas of life: food, water and energy.
Keilot was founded by an Israeli NGO, Eilat-Eilot, responsible for achieving 100% clean renewable energy utilization in the southern region of Israel. Their experience and track records are now brought to Africa starting with Kenya.
Keilot’s largest shareholder today is DORAL, one Israel’s largest solar energy companies.
Keilot is supported by some of the biggest banks in Kenya, Equity Master, Rafiki Microfinance, GDC Sacco Society and K-unity, cooperatives and others who help us bring micro financing solutions to each and every farmer. Our business model covers all the aspects of the business including the installation, training and support to our end users.
Keilot is working in accordance with the UN’s SDG’s focusing on: food, water and energy
